Hope you all had a great weekend! Unfortunately that medicine ball I tried the other day didn’t quite work and I have had a cold, but hopefully will be 100% by tomorrow. As I’ve gotten older I’ve been more and more in tune with my body in realizing when I catch colds (or get pimples, or my hair falls out…), it’s my body’s way of saying slow the eff down and take a breather. Admittedly I have been working a bit too hard as we’re getting our business going and I’m making the transition from employed to self-employed. I’ll talk more about that later! Today it’s all about Spanx leggings and why they are the best investment for your wardrobe (and make for a great gift)!

Why you should invest in Spanx leggings:
If you’re only looking at price point in looking for a new pair of leggings, these are not going to impress. They are not cheap, but the quality and cost per wear is definitely much more of value than the average pair of leggings (see math below). Last year I bought the faux leather pair and wore them AT LEAST twice a week (yes, it’s true). I mentioned on Instagram earlier this week that I’ve made it a point to invest in better quality wardrobe basics (capsule wardrobe) than trendy pieces I may only wear once or twice. These leggings fit that criteria perfectly.
Say you buy these leggings and get only 2 years use (you’ll get more). You wear them 1-2 times a week for 20 weeks. That’s 60 wears and they’re still in great shape. $110 cost/60=1.83/wear
Opposed to $50 leggings that last one year. YOu were them the same amount of times per year, so 30 wears and they’re no longer in wearable condition $50/30=$1.67/wear
These leggings fit like a glove. They never sag, they’re a thick, high quality material, and they’re extremely flattering. Even though they fit snug, Spanx has a way of smoothing you out and no other brands can compare.
